I am learning VB using Visual Studio 2010 Express Edition. I have watched a lot of videos, however I'm still feeling like I'm a little lost.
I want to build an application to track items: sale cycles, discounts, special events that effect the sales like coupons and special deals. I have started by building a database... which honestly I built it first in Access because it was easier, but I really
want to learn to use visual studio.
My question is, Is there a sample application I can work from, or is there a suggested starting point?.
Most of the videos start with the form, and work backwards to the data, is that the best place to start?
I need a little hand holding ... any takers
