System.Net.WebException :System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path denied

 Please help me to tackle this issue...... Thanks in advance

I have an ASPX program which will read an excel file.The excel file
will have an image url somewhere in the www.The program will read each
image url and store it into a temporary folder in the web server and
then Do some resizing (changing width ,height ) on this image.After
that,it will save that image to another folder.I am getting the
following exception
