Web user control and Form

I have my website which is usinf web user control. Now my problem is that I have make one web user control with some text box and list box and one submit button. Now I want is like when i press submit button it should go to other website out side our domian with some forms="get"  and get some result and should show again in our website. Now I dont understand i can i achhive it. we are using asp.net 1.1
