Hello!
I want to save some file from page and I want to check - if there some files with same name in directory. If there such file exists, I want to pop up javaScript window to confirm rewriting. If click "Yes" then rewrite, and if "No" then no. I wrote:
//If there a file with same name in directory then pop up
ClientScript.RegisterClientScriptBlock(this.GetType(), "Alert", "<script type = 'text/javascript'>window.confirm('File with this name already exists. Rewrite?');</script>");
SaveMyFile();
And I assume then I click "No" then script should abort automatically and SaveMyFile() should not complete. But it saves anyway.
