Simple question - Object oriented

Hi Folks,
I need to create an object oriented design of a very simple question.  My problem is I need to take Age, Sex, Qualification and number of years experience as an input from the user and then my code need to decide if this person should be called for an interview if he/she is fulfilling the criteria.  I just want to know how can I put the following information in one or more classes so it look like a proper Object orented solution .  can I use an Abstract class, if yes how can I put the following in abstract class and call it from other class etc.?
