Create Snapshoot - Worked locally but not on the internet

Hello,
I have sample code to create a snapshoot for websites, it works fine locally but it does not works fine when deployed it on the production server (shared hosting).
The sample creates an image as a snapshoot of website, then is stored in a folder. Whenever it is in the production server, the page that creates the sanapshoot loads succeffuly, but actually it does not finish with creating the image(snapshoot) on the folder.
