Personilazation

I have A table mst_User  with column User id ,User Name and RefRowId.This Ref Row ID links to A test Table row_id column .From Front End when data is inserted a row is inserted in  test Table and then the entered username and pasword also are insetred in mst_user table with RefRowId column having value of the new insetred row in A test Table row_id column .

Now I want to user Asp net Membership feature to it How sholud i implement it With Sql server 2005 database.
