Authorizing using roles

I have three directories, say A, B,C in website that I am developing. A should be accessible by role Admin only. B should be accessible by Admin and Manager roles and C should be accessible by authenticated users with any role. So, my question is, how do I  specify these authorizations in my web.config file? Could anyone please help me with the code?
