very very Lite Editor required

for asp.net 2.0
Is there lite HTML editor that only has bold, italic, underline, color, link and thats it.
So no EXTRA javascripts, so the http request is very small.
I dont mean a fancy editor that can be CUT DOWN to a lite editor, I mean a lite editor by its single existance.
Just a textbox with a few commands...
please advise, thanks
