I am using the ASP.Net Membership framework but am extending it so it uses other tables as well as the standard SQL tables.
What I am wanting to do is make all of the columns "clear type" aside from the password, passwordsalt and security question and answer. Is there anyway to disable the hashing of the fields and set hashing on the ones i want. It's really frustrating because otherwise I'm going to get stuck with the MySQL version and would rather keep it in SQL Server if I can help it.
