I have a project which is configured to use the asp.net membership data for user authentication but It has a problem to it, since the Database was old and eas being used by the same application after making some changes to the Application when we deployed it on the Producation Box the old users of asp.net membership are not working but if I make a new user it works, I mean if I login to the old users credential it does not works but if I create a new user and login using that new credentianl it works, I have done no changes in aspnet membership and login mechanism is same, is there a solution to it please suggest.
