CreateUserWizard with email & web.config

Hello all!
So, i have a troble.
The problem is I want to send email with activation data to user after his registration. Ok, i sign for CreateUser_SendingMail event and used web.config settings:

<mailSettings>
<smtp from="robot@mysshost.com">
<network host="mysshost.com" port="465" password="xxx" userName="yyy" />
</smtp>
</mailSettings>
