I want to develop call agent application .... i.e the CRM for agents for call center The pri card is configured in Linux machine and need to know :
Whether TAPI drivers need to be installed on Linux? How do i access the library? Does i have to make both client and server app? How to map all lines to application. And total information of how to work on this application.
