Calendar Format Style as Window 7

Hello! Everyone
May I ask you to regard the creating calendar format in C#. We will not use built in calendar format. We would like to create calendar format in our code as the calendar format style from window 7. Please let me know the where can I find reference link. Thank you. 
- Microsoft visual studio 2010 IDE
- ASP.NET pages and use  C# (C sharp)
