I am using the CreatUser Wizard that collects the aspnet membership info, some extra data to a new table and sets the role of the user. I am trying to do all this in one step rather than using the "Add Wizard Step" function. I have everything working except for the setting the user role. I have bound the userrole to the droplist, BUT when I submit the user it always defaults to the first role in the bound list. I can not figure out why this is happening.
Here is my code behind to bind the roles to the droplist on page load:
