Reference Manager Package failed to load VS 2013

Hello.  I working on MVC 5 application razor engine Visual studio 2013.  I have a problem during trying to add a new reference to my application. An alert message " Package 'Reference Manager Package' failed to load. " How can i solve this problem, although it didn't happen before on the same application.  Thanks
