Failed to load viewstate

Hi All,
 I am getting Failed to Load view state error in webpage. No dynamic controls in the page.
Failed to load view state. The control tree into which view state is being loaded must match the control tree that was used to save view state during the previous request.

If one user accesses and uses the page - error doesn't happen If two user doing the same - error happens.
