Form Authentication Ticket Problem

Dear All,
I just started designing my application using Visual Studio 2008 + SQLServer 2008 with Enterprise Library 4.1.
I have a WebForm on which I have a LOGIN control (Note: using my own provider) and on Log in button I am triggering this code.
