I'm here because this is my last resort.
I've been determined these last few days to figure out webparts in VS 2013, Staying up until 5 am than getting up at 10-11 to try and get this thing going.
I will add the following
WebPartsManager WebPartsZone Controls inside the zones
When I run the website i get a "network related or instance error"
A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections.
