After installation OS Windows 10 I cannot install SQL Server 2012 Express (SQL Server 2012 Enterprise, SQL Server 2014 Professional).
I have downloaded a SQL Server 2012 Express from the Microsoft download site. I am trying to install in on my HP PC (RAM 9Gb, HD 1Tb) with Windows 10 OS. During installation it gives me an error - "Couldn't find the
Database Engine start-up handle", Product version 11.0.3128.0, LinkID 20476, MessageID 50000. The System cannot install:
Reporting Service-Native, Database Engine Service, Data Quality Service, Full-Text and Semantic Extractions for Search, SQL Server Replication.
Is anybody, including Microsoft technical team, can help me?
