Removing httpmodules for .svc files

Hi,
 We need to remove particular httpmodule for our .svc file below are our folder setup.
+MainWebsite
|-Service\myservice.svc
|-Login.aspx
|-web.config
in main web.config we have all the modules specified under <system.webserver>\<modules>, we need to remove particular module while accessing Service\myservice.svc.

We are using IIS 7.5, Windows 2008 SP2, ASP.Net 4.0, IIS running in Integrated mode
we tried with below config changes, not working.
 <location path="MyServiceFolder/MyService.svc">
  <system.web>
   <authorization>
    <allow users="*" />
    <allow users="?" />
   </authorization>
  </system.web>
  <system.webServer>
   <modules>
      & ...
