Databound dropdownlist to return all values

 Hi everyone. So what im trying to do is create a dropdownlist filter system binded to a sqldatasource. I've got it working fine except for one issue; i would like to have an 'all' list item in the ddl which when selected returns all of the values in the column. Here's a snippet of my code:
<asp:DropDownList ID="dd_title" runat="server" DataSourceID="ddDataSource"
    DataTextField="Title" DataValueField="Title" CssClass="dd_style" AppendDataBoundItems="True">
