Dispalying text in list box if no results found in the DB

Hi all..

I have a dropdown list showing the companies and a list box showing the accounts based on the company selected.
Now the problem is that if there is no account found, then the list box comes up empty. Is there any way i can display some text like "No Records" in the list box if no records are found ?
