Issue when pressing run button while downloading exe file

Hi

When I try to download an exe file from my default.aspx page
or any other page in my local computer which has Windows Vista OS
installed.
I get three options Run,Save and Cancel in the pop up window.
The name of the exe , I get is abc.exe,which is the exe i want to download.
When I press Run button..I get another popup window where the name is abc.exe .. This is how i want it to work..


I use the following code in the code behind for downloading the exe file
