Need some help getting pointed in the right direction. I would like to check a remote url http://someserver.com/myVideo.flv and get the datetimestamp and/or file size. I would then compare this to my DB and if it has changed copy the new version of the flv to my local server. I would run this once a day. I'm using asp.net 2.0. A winform solution would work too.
