Ajax Modal Pop Up

I have a button control inside a gridview ,on clicking the button Ajax Modal Pop up window opens.

Here user needs to upload 2 files.
After uploading first file,Pop up closes on postback.
I again need to click button in gridview to open Pop up. Is there any way to do this?
