ASP.NET MVC 6 release date as per ASP.NET MVC official release website is following

Milestone - Release week
Beta6 - 27 Jul 2015
Beta7 - 2 Sep 2015
Beta8 - 15 Oct 2015
RC1 - Nov 2015
1.0.0 - Q1* 2016

The probable release of RTM (Release to manufacturer) date is Q3 of 2016.

So the final release of ASP.NET MVC 6 is expected to come by the end of 2016.
