how to manage arraylist

initially, the size of the arraylist is 3.

I have 4 textbox, only 3 of them have value, 1 is empty.

I would like to elminiate the empty row so that size of the arraylist to be 2.

how can i do this?

i try to use the for loop to loop the textbox of  repeater
if the textbox is NOT null or empty, then will add value to the arraylist.
finally, the size of the textbox is same as before, that means i can't elminiate the empty textbox.
