ERROR IN UPGRADE SQL Server 2008 R2 Express with Tools SP2

hi all
i downloaded SQL Server 2008 R2 Express with Tools SP2 and upgrade my sql server?
but i see this result:
1.my engine version is : 10.50.4000.0 but manegment version is 10.50.2500


2- is see a warning in server propertys

how to resolve it
