I have implemented the AspNetSqlMembershipProvider for our internal staff to access secure areas of our IntrAnet. I have the password scheme set to HASH and allow users to use the <asp:PasswordRecovery control to get a new password e-mailed to them.

It works fine but the users compain because the reset password is too cryptic. And example of a password they receive: R9%lVTv=@SRulP

How would I change the membership provider to either A) send a standard reset password (TheR@inInSp@in or something silly) or B) create a freindlier temporary password - not including numbers, or symbols and was < 6 characters?
