Binding to datagrid

My sql stored procedure returns two record sets. I need to bind the first record set to a datalist and second recordset to a datagrid. I have placed datagrid inside the datalist..

But i cannot bind to the datagrid,, How can i implement this? Please help me...

I get the following error - 

name 'dgrid' not declared.

here 'dgrid' is id of my datagrid
