I am migrating my site over from .net1.1 to .net2.0

The function logs the user in and works fine and logs out just fine. The problem is that default Identity object does not allow for more properties of a member to persist throughout the site.
The above function adds data to the session object but then this data is lost if you stay on the site for some x period of time. I know that I could just extend the default time of the session, but I want to do it the right way (or this way) of extending the IIdentity and IPrincipal.
I wrote the following two custom IIdentity and IPrincipal classes for my .net2 website but I am not sure how to link it up to my login function.
