this might be a sql server question but... i'm working through the asp.net security tutorial (excellent, btw, as usual) and checked my database to see if users were being created and noticed that all the date/times are wrong.
- all products are express versions (vwd 2008, ssmse 9)
- all date/times are out by 8 hours. i am currently in malaysia which is +8 hours. i figure that's significant but i've never come across this before in other dbs i've made. i'm guessing it has something to do with the CreateUserWizard but i have no idea.
- i've set up a custom SqlMembershipProvider in web.config and an 'external' db (not ASPNETDB).
