Global Address Formats?....

Hello All,

I have a question (obviously)... I am writing an app for use globally. We're going to have addresses in many countries, provinces, states, counties, towns, neighborhoods, tribes, villages, mud huts, etc....

Is there a universal format for global addresses something like address1, address2, address3, city, state, zip, zip+4, country, etc... that will work for any/all global addresses... ?

 Did they figure that out yet?
