Im writing a small site to get myself into web dev a bit. I can code to an extent so comming up with the functionality should not be too difficult.
Im useless at teh visual aspect though. Im going to be using CSS heavily, but this is the first time ive actually used style sheets!
Should i get my master and a few pages looking decent before adding functionality, or should i create the whole thing, and then make it look nice?
what have you found easier from experience ?
