CreateUserWizard won't validate additional steps

 Hi,
I have a CreateUserWizard and I have added a step of my own to it. This second step has a sinle textbox which I have set as a required field with a RequireFieldValidator. However when I click the next button in the second step the wizard continues to finish even though I have not entered any text into the required text field. What am I doing wrong? Here's the code:
