For the first step of my CreateUserWizard, I have a Continue and a Cancel button in the Content Template. At first I had the buttons in a CustomNavigationTemplate but decided I would like everything in one template for this step. However, when I do this, the CreateUserButton still shows up. When I go to edit the template, however, the button doesn't show up. It also shows the CustomNavigationTemplate at the bottom but it doesn't show up in the code. Is it possible to disable or remove the CreateUserButton without adding a customized template; and if so, what would I do to delete the custom navigation template that displays when I'm editing the template?
