In my usercontrol I reference a CSS file.
The usercontrol is used in a page that is used by a master page that also has the reference to the CSS file.
So the reference is TWICE, does the CSS file load twice, should I remove the CSS reference in the usercontrol ???
Whats best for page loading speed ...
