Hi guys, I hope someone can give me a hand with this please...
I'm trying to programatically retrieve a specified user's membership details using the aspnet membership provider, which I then want to update.
I know I can do this...
Dim u As MembershipUser = Membership.GetUser()
u.Email = "whatever@whereever.com"
Membership.UpdateUser(u)
which will update the logged in user's details, but I would like users in my "administrators role" to be able to retrieve and update any of the user accounts. So I figured I could just do something like this...
Dim u As MembershipUserCollection = Membership.FindUsersByName(UsernameTextbox.Text)
u.Email = "whatever@whereever.com"
Membership.UpdateUser(u)
but of course this doesn't work b/c "Email is not a ...
