Generate .aspx page via end user. help

Hi, I'm making a website where the user can type up an article and post it the website. What I'm having difficulty understanding is how I am supposed to create the webpage. I've been able to do it with .html files by creating a txt file and writing the page line by line and eventually saving it with a .html extension and it works wonderfully (see my site: www.epiclinks.com/vandel212). That's a html page though, and I need it to interact with a database. So I need to create a .aspx file. Since there is a lot of other stuff that goes along with it such as the code behind file and designer file, what do I do to create the aspx file?

Thanks
