Ftp client not works on Win2008

Hi,
My ftp client not works on win server 2008, but yes on Win7 and WinXp.
specifically on the line:
string line = reader.ReadLine();
because instead on read the filename
<filename.txt>, read the html tag

<A HREF="filename.TXT"><IMG border="0" SRC="http://firewall:3128/squid-internal-static/icons/anthony-text.gif" ALT="[FILE]"></A>.

anyone know why?
thanks in advanced.
