I've come across the following problem:
There is a form with the file input field:
<form id="f1" runat="server" enctype="multipart/form-data">
<input id="File1" type="file" runat="server" />
...
When
I fetch the file to be uploaded, I have different results in Internet
Explorer and Firefox.
Response.Write(File1.PostedFile.FileName)
Internet Explorer produces:
D:\Images\imagename.jpg
Firefox produces:
imagename.jpg
For some reason, I need to get the full path in Firefox as I could in IE. I've been on google for a couple hours and has found no solution.
BTW, I tried using web control asp:FileUpload instead, but with the same result!
Help! How to overcome it? I need the whole path of file in Firefox!
