Registration form ideas?

well,


here is the chalange.


i have a 2 step registration system.

On first step user submit his login details and on second step he should upload a photo.



Now the registrer may fill the form on first step and press submit button and then close the browser on second step without uploading the photo.



and i end up with a useless row of data in database..


any idea how to fix the issue? Like it should not submit to database until user press the finnish button.
