I tried to open notepad on server using the following code
ProcessStartInfo startInfo = new ProcessStartInfo("notepad.exe");
Process proc = new Process();
proc.StartInfo = startInfo;
proc.Start();
notepad opens fine using development server but when I try to open it using localhost, the notepad started running in background. I was able to solve to this problem by giving running the process as more privileged user and allowing inet to access the desktop. So my new code becomes-
ProcessStartInfo startInfo = new ProcessStartInfo("notepad.exe");
startInfo.UserName = "testUser";
