to play an MP3 file while clicking a command button

Hi all,
I am doing a site for learning asp.net using webdeveloper express.  How I can play mp3 file while clicking a command button.
My screen is as follows
Question       Answer                  Submit             
 
When the user type the correct answer and click on submit button, I need to run one applause.mp3  ie just sound of the applaue. If the user given wrong answwer I have to play failure.mp3. So please let me knowto run MP3 file while cliking command button.
