Unable able to set value to Path.Data property in C#

 HI all
         I am unable to assign value to Path.Data property of Path control in C3. I can easily assign value through javascript. But I have to assign value through C# according to requirments. I have to manipulate Data property string.
 In javascript i write this code
   sender.findName("pathControl").Data = "M100,163 L125,174 150,183 175,190 200,195 225,197 250,197 275,195 272,305 250,307 225,307 200,305 175,300 150,293 125,284 100,273 z"
 
But when in C# i right this:
Path pth = new Path()
pth.Data =  "M100,163 L125,174 150,183 175,190 200,195 225,197 250,197 275,195
272,305 250,307 225,307 200,305 175,300 150,293 125,284 100,273 z"
I got this error "Cannot implicitly convert type 'string' to 'System.Windows.Media.Geometry'".
I tried my best to resolve this issue but unable to cast ...
