I am new to ASP.NET and I am currently working on a website project. I ran into some problems which I am not sure how to troubleshoot. Take this:-
I have some 38 services listed in a SQL database and each of this services belong to one of the 11 categories. In the services webpage, I have a DDL which drops down the list of categories and a CheckBoxList which will show the services corresponding to the selectedItem in the DDL. (I have already completed this part)
However I realized that when I AutoPostBack the DDL, my selection in the CheckBoxList is loss each time I jump from one category to another. How to I make sure that my selection are remembered and I can select multiple services through different categories?
I have tried to AutoPostBack the checkboxlist but it is not working.
Help?
