I'm trying to create a one-to-one relationship between a table employee and the aspnet_Users table. I want to have a column in employee "userName" that references the UserName column in aspnet_Users. I don't see any reason why I can't create this but I'm getting an error. I'll include a screenshot so you can see exactly what I'm doing and exactly what error I'm getting.
btw I've tried the relationship to both UserName and LoweredUserName and the same error persists! Can anyone help me! Also, it should be noted that both tables are completely empty.
