cms

hello i have a contact project and i have an asp page  add new contact
this form have some information to add but i want to left the users to customize  this page only with information that they need.
what i mean
eg.
for user1 the form display this information
Name
Surname
Address
but for user2 the form will display this information
Name 
Phone
City
after a search i found that i must use some cms module or i must create my own cms module.
how can i do something like this?
could you tell me any good book to read (all books that i found refer to already cms systems or is not for asp)
one last question if i load the code of page from database and i use htmlwriter to create the page after that how can i connect the contols with c# functions(events)
