I started a job where I took over from where the last programmer left off, and he had encrypted all data in the db. I found the class in his program that he used to encrypt/decrypt data coming in and out of the webform. It works on all of his web projects, but when I copied the class and used it in my own project, I keep getting the "Invalid length for a Base-64 char array" error.
The webform will run, and I can select the user ID I want, but when my form tries to put it into details view/grid view, it comes back with an error. Do I need to copy something else along with this class, or am I just too much of a noob that I'm in the completely wrong spot?
